Do We Use Eco-Friendly Packaging?
Yes! The clips arrive either in a Kraft box small enough to fit through your letterbox (so minimum postage fee) or as a small parcel. The clips are nestled in lavender scented shredded paper for protection (please message us if you have a scent allergy and we will omit the lavender). The clips are protected within a glassine envelope, sealed with a House of Clips sticker and finally pegged with a cute business card. Packaging is not only eco-friendly but also delightful making these clips the ideal gift or simply something to make you smile as it drop’s through your door!
How Do I Ask A Question Or What If I'm Not Happy With My Clips?
If you want to send us a message about your order, for instance perhaps you want your little panda's placed on green snap clips, simply send a chat with your order. At the the cart checkout point there is a button that says 'send a chat', click on this and let us know any extra details.
Perhaps you have a query when you receive your order or there is something you aren't quite happy about. Please let us have the chance to rectify this and contact us using the contact button found on the footer of every page. We aim to answer any emails within 24 hours usually much sooner.
